Social Media Admin - Games (Contract)
Job Description
- Create basic content in text, image, or video formats to support community communication.
- Monitor and engage with player communities across Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Collect and consolidate player feedback, sentiment, and pain points.
- Provide weekly reports and insights to internal stakeholders to support product and content improvements.
- Track trends, conversations, and competitive topics within the community.
- Respond to community inquiries and clarify common issues when necessary.
- Support Community and LiveOps teams during campaigns, updates, and patch cycles.
Job Requirements
- Experience in social media management, communications, or administrative support is preferred.
- Familiarity with games.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
