Job Description
  • Create basic content in text, image, or video formats to support community communication.
  • Monitor and engage with player communities across Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Collect and consolidate player feedback, sentiment, and pain points.
  • Provide weekly reports and insights to internal stakeholders to support product and content improvements.
  • Track trends, conversations, and competitive topics within the community.
  • Respond to community inquiries and clarify common issues when necessary.
  • Support Community and LiveOps teams during campaigns, updates, and patch cycles.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in social media management, communications, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with games.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
