KOL/Creator Support - Games (Contract)
Job Description
KOL Support:
- Research and identify KOLs that align with campaign goals and the overall KOL plan.
- Reach out to KOLs to check pricing, availability, and interest.
- Support KOLs throughout the content creation process.
- Collect and compile KOL performance data for post-campaign analysis.
Creator Support:
- Scout and evaluate new creators to expand the talent pool.
- Execute monthly briefs and initiatives as assigned by the KOL lead.
- Provide support to creators during content creation, offering guidance and feedback when needed.
- Respond to and resolve creator issues (creator tickets) promptly and effectively.
- Track, monitor, and report on creator performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in KOL field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with KOL/creator and internal team.
- Ability to create clear and concise content briefs tailored to specific KOL/creator.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative content.
- Passion in games.
- Regularly use TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram.
- Effective communication skills in both Thai and English.
