Senior Marketing (Games)
Job Description
- Develop and manage overall marketing campaigns across digital, community, KOL, and offline channels.
- Plan and oversee event marketing and execution, including esports and community events.
- Analyze player behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to drive strategic decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend effective promotion strategies and channels.
- Manage and collaborate with KOLs/influencers.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring quality execution and measurable results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administation, Arts or related field.
- Strong experience in overall marketing with strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights to execution.
- Experience in campaign planning, event management, and KOL/influencer marketing is a big plus.
- Ability to interpret data and player behavior into actionable insights.
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Passion for gaming with a strong understanding of player communities.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
