You'll gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee engagement, while contributing to meaningful projects that help shape our workplace and culture.

You will serve as a bridge between Garena and the student community, helping us better understand our talents and how we can strengthen our presence on campus.

가레나코리아의 경영지원팀은 한국 오피스가 안정적으로 운영될 수 있도록 인사, 총무, 채용, 비용 처리, 본사 커뮤니케이션 등 다양한 업무를 지원합니다.

이 포지션은 채용 운영부터 한국 오피스의 인사·노무 관련 업무, 운영 예산 및 비용 처리, 싱가포르 본사와의 업무 협업까지 폭넓게 경험할 수 있는 역할입니다.

특히 본사 재무팀, 법무팀, 유관부서와의 커뮤니케이션이 필요한 만큼 체계적인 업무 처리 능력과 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량이 중요합니다.

원칙을 지키면서도 유연하게 협업하고, 한국 오피스의 운영 안정성과 조직 성장을 함께 만들어갈 인사·총무 담당자를 기다립니다.
