[HCM, Garena] Senior Game Producer
QUEST AVAILABLE
You'll turn raw game ideas into playable direction — deciding what a new title should feel like, then driving the team that builds it.
YOUR MISSION
You sit at the intersection of Product and Game Development. One day you're digging into player data to figure out why a gameplay isn't landing; the next you're unblocking art, engineering and QA so the build ships on time. You're not just managing a schedule — you're shaping what the game becomes.
YOUR QUEST
Game Product & Direction
Translate player needs, preferences and market insights into clear gameplay and product direction
Help define the product vision, target audience and key priorities for the game
Evaluate the game from both player and business angles — research competitors and market trends to spot what could make it succeed or fail
Game Production & Project Management
- Own game development projects end-to-end, from ideation and pre-production through development, soft launch and iteration
- Plan and manage scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, budget and quality; spot risks and blockers early and drive them to resolution
- Run day-to-day production rituals — sprint planning, stand-ups and retros — and keep the game design document and production docs current
- Use AI meaningfully in your workflow — for timeline planning, progress tracking, documentation and quality checks
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with design, art, engineering, QA, data and outsourcing/vendor partners to align priorities and keep momentum
- Communicate clearly, manage expectations, and help stakeholders make decisions and resolve issues
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- 4+ years in game production, project management or product ownership, ideally managing game development end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with games and deep knowledge of at least one specific title
- Experience across multiple genres rather than just one
- Comfortable using AI meaningfully for timeline planning, progress tracking, documentation and quality management
- A hardcore gamer at heart — you play widely across genres and can explain exactly why a game does or doesn't work
What sets you apart:
- Experience on cross-functional teams building a new game from scratch
- A track record of using playtests, player feedback or product data to shape real product decisions
- Experience with a successful game launch or live game operations
Why join this quest
- Real stakes, real impact — The direction you set decides what a brand-new game becomes before a single player ever sees it.
- Level up fast — Real work from day one. Sharp team, steep learning curve, and nobody's here to babysit you.
- Solid loot — Good pay, a fun office, and you get to tell people you work in gaming.
