You sit at the intersection of business logic and product delivery: you define what gets built, why it matters, and whether it actually lands right.

Job Description

Your Quest

Discovery & Requirements

Drive problem framing and discovery across ambiguous Publishing Platform initiatives — translate messy business needs into clear workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Own requirement quality end-to-end: from intake through UAT, release readiness, and adoption follow-up.

Product & Design Alignment

Partner with Design on website and admin UI structure, screen flows, wireframes, and copy to ensure usability stays practical, not just pretty.
Align the ODP Lead, Publishing stakeholders, FE, BE, QA, Data, Design, and Operations on scope, trade-offs, and risk — proactively, not reactively.

Delivery & Engineering Partnership

Work with FE and BE on product logic, edge cases, data and API expectations, and implementation trade-offs.
Use AI to accelerate research, spec drafts, lightweight frontend prototypes, and team documentation — this is a standard working expectation, not optional.

Team & Knowledge Management

Coach and review BA/product collaborators on research quality, UAT evidence, spec drafts, and task hygiene.
Maintain knowledge bases and task context in tools like Outline and Plane so work doesn't evaporate when people are out.

Job Requirements

4+ years driving ambiguous product, business analysis, or operations work end-to-end — or equivalent senior track record leading discovery, requirements, and delivery follow-up. Backgrounds in business operations, project coordination, consulting, data, or internal tools are all considered.
Clear writing for requirements, user flows, issue summaries, and decision notes — with the structured thinking to map workflows and define acceptance criteria at a practical level.
Basic backlog and UAT discipline: owner, status, priority, blocker, expected vs. actual result, evidence, follow-up.
Active AI usage for research, spec drafts, checklist generation, gap spotting, and handover prep — you treat AI as a working partner.
Strong ownership drive, proactive communication, and the ability to stay structured under urgent requests and shifting stakeholder priorities.
What sets you apart:
SQL, dashboard reading, or basic data literacy for requirement validation and data issue discussion — combined with a working sense of APIs, permissions, or platform integrations.
Experience in gaming, internet platforms, SaaS, or internal tooling environments; prior exposure to publishing, content platforms, UGC, or creative operations is a meaningful plus
