Senior HRBP
Job Description
- Work closely with leaders across different business units, building trust and offering clear, actionable input.
- Develop strong relationships with employees at all levels by being approachable, visible, and grounded.
- Proactively identify people-related issues and address challenges such as disengagement, performance gaps, and team conflicts early on.
- Support and design key HR initiatives, including workforce planning and organizational design, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Translate people strategies into effective execution, making sure plans are practical and successfully implemented.
- Localize regional initiatives to suit the Thailand market and team dynamics.
- Stay connected to the team through regular interactions, combining on-the-ground insights with data to inform decisions.
- Handle employee relations end-to-end, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and exits, with sound judgment.
- Contribute to and improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle as needed.
- Take ownership and step in proactively—anything impacting people and business outcomes is a priority.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of professional experience.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and how they support business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, whether through internal teams, clients, or cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Genuine interest in gaming, with hands-on experience playing games and a willingness to explore titles within and beyond Garena’s portfolio.
