Job Description
  • Propose targets, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) aligned with business priorities, brand, and customer needs; work closely with product, KOLs, and community teams to execute campaigns and deliver results.
  • Manage the execution of IMC mix including content marketing (social media, copywriting, art direction, video production, and influencer activities); optimize and repurpose marketing content across social media channels.
  • Drive product and campaign awareness and engagement, manage brand media channels and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Use analytics to measure campaign success, improve brand awareness, and apply learnings to future launches.
  • Manage and oversee a marketing team across different verticals (KOLs, Community, Branding, Social Media, etc.).
  • Stay updated on local gaming and pop culture trends to infuse creativity and relevance into marketing content and develop targeted, localized strategies for the Philippines.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience and proven records in end-to-end IMC Marketing, and minimum 2 years of experience leading a marketing team, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Proven excellence in managing complex projects, including critical paths, risk logs, and asset QA.
  • Strong ability to align and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Creative, and Legal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently originate communication/action concepts with clear end-states, build work-back plans, and lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
  • Strong understanding of communications, marketing, and brand performance metrics (e.g., reach, SOV, ER, CTR, CVR, revenue/ROAS, brand health).
  • Highly logical and analytical thinker with a curious mindset, constantly exploring and applying industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks in an organized manner and consistently deliver results under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with data, including funnel math, lift tests, and interpreting basic dashboards to inform decisions is a plus.
  • Familiar with the trends, behaviors and habits of Filipinos and the gaming population locally.
  • Physically based in the Philippines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Comfortable in leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data analysis assistants) to enhance productivity, support analysis, and improve decision-making workflows.

This position is offered on a contract basis.
