[HN, Garena] Senior Performance Marketing
Garena Vietnam is hiring a Junior/Senior Online/Performance Marketing as the main execution layer for daily ads operation across our games. You'll own daily setup, monitoring, optimization, and escalation across multiple games under the Senior Online Marketing (OM Lead), and review work from Collaborators helping you run it.
* Own daily UA, UE, and Boost Post execution across multiple games after onboarding.
* Set up ads on Meta, TikTok, or Google/YouTube independently after direction, and monitor performance, budget pacing, and abnormal signals against checklists.
* Propose optimization adjustments — audience, bid, creative rotation, pacing, pause/scale — with short reasoning for senior approval.
* Run UAT on Ads Manager internal tool and validate OM reporting numbers against ads platform truth.
* Review Collaborator output and give clear, kind feedback before it reaches the Senior.
* Keep trackers, evidence, and recurring notes correct and up to date so the team can rely on them.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital/ performance marketing, with a strong focus on app/gaming product
- Proven success in managing and optimizing large-scale ad budgets for various app/ game
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance tools.
Data driven with strong analytical skills using Power BI, SQL, Excel, Google Sheet, Data.ai, Sensortower, Appannie, Appsflyers - Strong passion for gaming
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written. Be able to explain complex topics to stakeholders
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in stakeholder management skills, with active listening and a collaborative, supportive approach.
- Strong curiosity and a proactive learning mindset, with the drive to continuously explore new trends, tools, and optimization approaches.
